To attach a file in the mail using the MailMessage class, you can use the Attachments property. Here's how you can modify the method to include file attachments:

Explanation:

Attachment Parameter: Added an optional parameter attachmentFilePath to specify the path of the file to attach.
Check for File Existence: Before adding the attachment, the code checks if the file exists using File.Exists().
Add Attachment: If the file exists, it creates an Attachment object and adds it to the mailMessage.Attachments collection.

Usage:

When calling this method, pass the file path of the attachment if needed:

If you don't need to attach a file, you can call the method without the attachmentFilePath argument:
